HANDMADE HAITI HOUSES for CHARITY

View more pictures

Built with love and recycled materials, these adorable tiny houses have been made by Jacksonville Commons Elementary and Stateside Elementary children in grades K-5. Taking an idea from the webpage, haitihouses.org, JCE art teacher, Dana Davis and STE art teacher, Wendy Craig used children's natural desire to help others and some recycled goods to create a project that both taught and benefited those in need The result is dozens of pins and magnets that are being sold for five dollars each.

EVERY DOLLAR EARNED GOES TO HELP FAMILIES IN HAITI WHO HAVE LOST THEIR HOMES.

Please consider buying one or more to support the efforts in Haiti as well as to encourage our children's goodwill efforts.

It feels GREAT to help others, so buy bunches and feel wonderful!
