Requesting Assistance

Information Technology (IT) is responsible for maintaining computer hardware, printers, software, local area and wide area networks for 35 locations within the school district. As an Auxiliary Services Department, IT is charged with ensuring that the technology present at the schools is well maintained and operational.

School-level support staff are referred to as TECHNICIAN ASSISTANTS. Each school has been assigned a TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT who may support one or two schools.

TECHNICIAN ASSISTANTS are your first line of support for computer problems with the exception of passwords and logging into the system. If you need help with a technical problem, please contact the Technician Assistant at your assigned school.  If you are not sure how to do this, you can call the Help Desk at (910) 455-2211 ext. 20555 and they will make sure that your request is directed to the appropriate person.
