As of April 9, 2010, requests for school graduation records will be submitted online.
Phone or fax requests will no longer be accepted.
The following information may be requested online:
- Transcripts
- Proof of Graduation
- Verification of Name
- Verification of Date of Birth
- Immunization Record
There are 2 options to complete the request and payment for student records.

- If you are a Non-Educational Agency/Company, click on the following link to begin the process: https://onslowk12.scribonline.com/foldreq/request_corp.html
For all transcript requests, the following fees will apply:
Standard Requests (usually 3-5 work days): $13.00 per address (add an additional $10.00 per document for each additional copy)
Express Requests (ships overnight): $38.00 per address (add an additional $10.00 per document for each additional copy). Note: all Express Requests must be received by 12pm EST in order to be mailed the same business day for next day delivery. Express Requests cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.
Effective June 1, 2011 - Non-Educational Agency/Company Requests: an additional $20.00 per address which includes business shipping and handling (5-7 business days)
Upon completing the online request form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail when your request has been received. Once your request has been processed by the Student Services Department and mailed, your payment will be processed and you will receive an e-mail confirmation and receipt.
If the student did not graduate from an Onslow County School, the student will need to contact the last school attended.
Exception: All school records from Georgetown are maintained by the Student Services Department.
